From the employer’s side, it is of utmost importance to conclude employment contracts of the correct form and content, to amend employment contracts accordingly, and to choose the legal termination method in the event of termination of employment. Our colleagues also draft non-competition agreements, study contracts, bonus objectives, and commission agreements. On the employee side, we typically deal with claims for back wages, unlawful terminations of employment, and the enforcement of claims arising from these, both out of court and in court. We also assist companies engaged in labor recruitment services in creating the legal conditions for labor recruitment services and drafting labor recruitment agreements.
